Family-owned and operated, Gunn Heating and Cooling was founded with heart—named after our son, Gunnar, as a symbol of the legacy we’re building for our family and yours. Our team is the heartbeat of our company, and each member plays an important role in our growth and success. Jeremy, the owner and operator, brings years of experience and passion to the field, ensuring that every project is completed with precision and care. His nephew, Tyler, is a vital part of the family business—not only learning the trade, but mastering it. Jeremy has proudly passed down everything he knows to Tyler, who continues to grow into a skilled and respected technician.

Grant, a longtime friend and our team leader, has been with Gunn Heating and Cooling since day one. His loyalty, work ethic, and technical abilities make him a cornerstone of our operations. Recently graduating with a degree in architectural design, Grant brings a unique perspective to the HVAC world—combining practical field knowledge with a deeper understanding of structure, airflow, and space planning. He’s the guy who’s always thinking a few steps ahead, ensuring our systems not only work great but fit seamlessly into every home. Known for his calm demeanor, problem-solving skills, and team-first attitude, Grant is a trusted leader on every job site and a big part of why our customers keep coming back.

And behind the scenes is Emily—Jeremy’s wife, and the heart and soul of the company’s operations. As the administrative lead, she keeps everything organized, efficient, and running smoothly—from scheduling and customer communication to supporting the team behind the scenes. But her role goes far beyond the office. Emily is a proud wife and devoted mom to Gunnar and Annistyn, the true inspirations behind the family business. She brings warmth, heart, and a personal touch to everything she does, making every customer interaction feel like part of the family. Her dedication to growing the business while balancing family life is a big part of what makes Gunn Heating and Cooling so special.
